When you write to us, include:

The contract address of the coin, or the link to its page.
Your wallet address (the public one, never your recovery phrase).
A link to the transaction on Solscan, if there is one, and what you expected to happen.

We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Anyone who does is a scammer.

Frequently asked questions

My wallet won't connect.

Make sure you have Phantom or Solflare installed and unlocked, then press Connect wallet. On a phone, open drug.fun from inside your wallet app's built-in browser: normal phone browsers can't reach your wallet. If it still fails, refresh the page and try again.

My transaction failed.

The most common reasons: not enough SOL (you need some extra for fees), or the price moved more than the 5% slippage limit while you were approving. Wait a moment and try again, or use a smaller amount. A failed transaction still costs a tiny network fee, but your coins are not touched.

I launched a coin but it is not listed on drug.fun.

A coin is listed only after the site checks on-chain that its fee split is correct and locked. If your launch needed two approvals and you rejected the second, go back to Become a Vendor: a Retry button appears. If that does not work, contact us with your coin's contract address (see below).

My coin's picture is missing.

Pictures can take a minute or two to appear on pump.fun after launch. The picture is fixed when the coin is created and cannot be changed afterwards.

pump.fun shows an "Unverified coin" notice on my coin.

That notice is pump.fun's own label and we don't control it. It is shown on coins launched through drug.fun. It does not change how the coin trades or how its fees are split, and you can check the split yourself on-chain. As always, do your own research.

How do I get my holder rewards?

Holder rewards are not switched on yet (see Docs). The plan is to send the paired stock straight to holders' wallets, so there will be nothing to claim.

Can I change my coin's name, ticker or fee split?

No. Name, ticker, picture and the fee split are written into the blockchain when the coin is created and cannot be changed by anyone.

Can I get a refund?

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by anyone, including us. Double-check amounts and coins before you approve.

Is this safe?

drug.fun never holds your money or keys, and asks you to approve every transaction yourself. But memecoins are very risky and you can lose everything you put in. Read Staying safe.
